SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE

Since 1997, Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Economic Zone has successfully supported and services domestic and foreign investors creating new jobs in industry and services. The zone actively creates the policy of supporting entrepreneurship by leasing land with full technical infrastructure and offering a package of discounts and tax incentives for investors.
Tax benefits connected with locating investment in the Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Economic Zone are one of few instruments of real public support in force in Poland.
Far-reaching support of the Polish government and local authorities, who own more than 90% of shares in Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Economic Zone, guarantees comfort during investment processes for investors.

POZNAŃ SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY PARK

The Poznań Science and Technology Park was established in May 1995 in accordance with the mission statement and the goals for the economic activity set out by the Adam Mickiewicz University FoundationThe Park (PPNT) is a member  International Association of Science Parks (IASP).

The land and facilities donated to the Park (3 hectares with 1700 m2 of warehouses, a 800 m2 industrial hall, and auxiliary buildings) after the necessary remodelling made it possible to launch operation of the Chemical Synthesis Experimental Station,  Inkubator Technologii Chemicznych, Technology Centre of the AMU Chemistry Department and Archeological Research Centre. Some of the facilities have been leased to innovation driven small and medium sized firms specializing in services for the science sector, software, printing, and heating technologies.
