Poznań - Ławica Airport has a modern passenger terminal covering the area of 14 thousand m2, which is able to service 1,2 - 1,5 million passengers every year.

The airport is able to service 430 arriving passengers and 450 departing passengers at the same time in one hour. It gives a total number of 880 passengers per hour, which corresponds to three B-737 class airplanes. The new terminal has the highest standard of “A” category acc. to ICAO for main areas of passenger service. There are 16 check-in desks and 5 gates on the territory of the Terminal.

There are many duty-free shops in the departure halls.

The Poznań Airport, apart from economy class traffic, services a significant number of Business Class passengers. The Business Executive Lounge has been designed specially for them (reservation). Special guests can use the VIP lounge (reservation), where they are able to organize trainings and conferences.

Arrival halls are equipped with luggage conveyors manufactured by SRK Baggage Handling System Company.

Passengers as well as other people visiting the passenger terminal are able to do shopping in the airport commercial zone. After successful shopping, one may visit the airport restaurant with a view of the runway.
