The Poznań Airport is located in one of the most densely populated areas in Poland inhabited by approximately 7,5 million people within a 150-kilometre radius, which means that it takes about 2 hours to get to the airport.
    Within this area, the transportation infrastructure is well developed. One of the lowest rates of unemployment and the number of companies with foreign capital, estimated to total 4,5 thousand, prove high level of economic development of this area. Foreign companies invested more than 7 billion USD.
    Well-functioning regional economy and low unemployment cause that Great Poland is a region inhabited by a very attractive group of potential clients.

Poznań being an important European trade and science centre, as well as a regional business centre, generates significant demand for network carrier connections.
    A large group of clients concentred in close vicinity of the airport, as well as tourist attractions of the city and the region constitute an interesting potential for budget carriers.
 
Charter flights centre of Western Poland
The Poznań – Ławica Airport is third largest centre of charter flights in Poland. Access to attractive group of clients, together with an interesting offer of the airport for charter carriers and tourist operators cause that more and more operators decide to organize their flights from Poznań.
Cargo flights service
We realize the potential of companies, which have so far decided to invest their money in this part of Poland, as well as the huge potential of developing market of door2door packages.
    We have put into use a modern Cargo terminal for couriers, and companies importing or exporting goods by air. The terminal is equipped with devices used to service cargo planes and with machines that support and facilitate storing on the territory of the terminal. Our competence within the scope of cargo flights services were recognized on 14 August 2003, when,
    as one of very few airports in Poland, we had the opportunity to service the largest plane in the world – AN-225 Mrija. For cargo couriers that make use of services rendered by the Poznań – Ławica Airport, we have prepared a special discount offer taking into account various take-off weights of planes.
